Meet Lisa, a proud native of Southern California, who attended Marymount High School and pursued her higher education at both the University of Southern California and Loyola Marymount University on an athletic scholarship. Graduating with a BA in Marketing and Finance, Lisa's passion for international trade has been her driving force. With an impressive career spanning three decades, she has excelled in sourcing and placing professionals in the international trade arena, ranging from fresh college graduates to seasoned senior managers. As the Vice President of the Global Logistics division at Interstate Personnel for over 18 years, Lisa plays a pivotal role in strategic growth plans by recruiting highly skilled individuals with expertise in the international trade industry. Her success is a testament to her unwavering commitment to integrity, loyalty, and cultivating long-term partnerships with professionals she represents.

Nicole Wainwright holds dual roles as  Director of Operations and Director of National Recruiting at Interstate Personnel. Thriving in a fast-paced environment, Nicole is a curious, strong-willed, and a loyal professional. She loves connecting qualified candidates to professional clients, specializing in Logistics, Accounting, HR, and IT positions. With Bachelor degrees from Loyola Marymount University in International Business and Finance, she is dedicated to growing in knowledge and exceeding client and candidate expectations. Nicole is currently sitting on the Board of Directors as the Treasurer for the Foreign Trade Association FTA, Membership at Women in International Trade (Los Angeles) WIT-LA and a volunteer to the Los Angeles Chamber of Commerce WTW committee. 

Laura is a bilingual Los Angeles native and has a Bachelors degree in Business Management from University of Phoenix . She comes with over 15 years of experience in the recruiting industry and started her career at Singer Lewak CPA's in West Los Angeles searching for Auditors and CPA's and moved on to specializing in Accounting and Financial Professionals for the next 10 years of her career.  She was the founder of a highly successful division of VACO Staffing Los Angeles and has transitioned into searching for higher-level accounting professionals including Controllers, CFO's, Engineers, Demand Planners, and HR Directors throughout the Los Angeles and Orange County areas. She has experience in placing candidates throughout the US in various industries with a focus in 3 rd Party Freight Forwarding and Logistics.  Her hobbies are real estate investing and networking with diverse types of cultures and international travel.
